In less than two years, ONE Super Series has already assembled the most stacked roster of women’s Muay Thai and kickboxing competitors ever seen in martial arts.
New names are jumping on board to compete on the global stage every month, but for now, these are the 10 most accomplished athletes in The Home Of Martial Arts’ female ranks.
Janet Todd
The most active competitor in The Home Of Martial Arts’ all-striking divisions finally got her reward for her aggressive, all-action style when Janet “JT” Todd won the ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Title at ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE.
As she has proved in all five of her contests in the world’s largest martial arts organization, the Californian has no fear of going toe-to-toe with any athlete, and she has the knockout power to deliver stunning finishes against the world’s best.
Stamp Fairtex
She may have had her ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Title snatched away from her last month, but Stamp Fairtex is still the ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion and no one can match her achievements in ONE Super Series so far.
The Thai superstar exploded onto the global stage by winning kickboxing gold and added her second belt a few months later to become the organization’s first two-sport World Champion.
At just 23 years old, Stamp has a long and bright future ahead of her. Plus, she is always entertaining inside the Circle – as well as on her way to it with her dance routines.
Chuang Kai Ting
“Killer Bee” Chuang Kai Ting made history as the first woman to win a ONE Super Series World Title when she swept the scorecards against Thai phenom Yodcherry Sityodtong after a supercharged, five-round performance.
The Chinese athlete is perhaps one of the least likely superstars on the global stage thanks to a turbulent childhood that saw her abandoned by her parents in an orphanage as a baby. However, she was rescued by her grandmother, who raised her on her own.
Now that she has emerged as one of the world’s leading kickboxers, she hopes she can inspire young girls around the world to follow their dreams.
Viktoria Lipianska
Former figure skater Viktoria Lipianska has emerged as Slovakia’s finest martial arts export after picking up Muay Thai at the age of 16 and defeating some of the world’s best athletes – including Alma Juniku and Amber “AK 47” Kitchen – on her way to the world’s largest martial arts organization.
Her debut win at ONE: IMMORTAL TRIUMPH showed she has the nerve and the skills to be one of the top competitors in the new strawweight division, and she will be at the front of the queue to claim its inaugural World Title.
Alma Juniku
Few athletes have achieved so much as Alma Juniku at such a young age. The Australian sensation won a pair of Muay Thai World Titles just days after her 18th birthday and has gone on to prove she can mix it up with the best ONE has to offer, too.
In her debut last year, Juniku came within a whisker of winning another World Championship against Stamp Fairtex. Despite missing out on the gold, she is still just 20 years old, meaning she is likely to have many more chances to claim her sport’s top prize.
Ekaterina Vandaryeva
Ekaterina “Barbie” Vandaryeva was given her nickname because of her beauty, but she is far from just a pretty face.
The Belarusian has competed all across the planet and won a trio of Muay Thai World Titles – often on her rivals’ home turf. What’s more, the 29-year-old from Minsk achieved all of that while she raised a daughter, proving she is one of the toughest mothers on Earth.
Jorina Baars
Jorina “Jojo” Baars has an incomparable résumé. The Dutch dynamo won her first national and European titles when she was just 17 before she went on to win three more of each, and six World Titles.
She also went undefeated for more than 15 years and almost 50 professional bouts after her debut as a 15-year-old to add to her legend and cement her status as of the greatest kickboxers of all time.
Now, she is chasing a ONE Super Series World Title to cap an incredible career.
Anne Line Hogstad
Anne “Ninja” Line Hogstad has one of the most remarkable records of any martial artist at the highest level. The Norwegian has only won 14 pro bouts, but she has managed to pick up two ISKA Muay Thai World Championships, as well as five regional belts.
The 32-year-old did not get a chance to add to her tally in her ONE debut, but thanks to her win against Alma Juniku, it may not be too long before she gets a shot at Stamp or Todd.
Christina Breuer
Christina Breuer was one of Europe’s best kickboxers when she made her ONE debut, but now she is recognized as one of the planet’s top competitors after she became the first woman to defeat Jorina Baars.
There are few better platforms to launch a career in The Home Of Martial Arts and the victory was a huge accomplishment in the German’s quest to prove she is the best in the world. A ONE World Title is arguably all she needs to solidify that claim.
Iman Barlow
The latest addition to ONE Super Series’ strawweight ranks is Iman “Pretty Killer” Barlow, the English striker from a family of martial artists who pulled on the gloves for the first time almost as soon as she could walk.
The 26-year-old has gone on to become one of the top pound-for-pound athletes in the game with an incredible 93 victories on her record against just six defeats. She has also won an absurd number of belts so far in her career, but there is one missing from her collection – the ONE Super Series strap.
