Jin to defend title against Kaiki for Japanese Youth super lightweight

New champion Jin Sasaki of Hachioji will defend his Japanese Youth super lightweight title against undefeated Kaiki Yuba of Tokyo on July 17 at the Fujimori Gym in Hachioji, Japan.

The 19-year-old Jin (10W-0L-0D, 9KOs) will be making his first defense since he won the title by a TKO over Aso Ishiwaki in the 3rd round last Dec. 26, 2020, at the Sumida City Gymnasium.

Kaiki, 22 (7W-0L-2D, 5KOs) recently won the vacant Japanese Youth light title by knocking out Kanta Takenaka by a TKO in the 4th round last Jan. 28, 2020, at Korakuen Hall.

It is promoted by Issei Nakaya of Hachioji Nakaya Promotions.
