Brilliant, hard hitting,  undefeated  young prospect,  Eduardo “Rocky” Hernández, especially visited the World Boxing Council offices,  to sign up for the WBC Clean Boxing Program.

“Rocky” (21-0-3, 17 KOs) became Latino  WBC super featherweight champion, by knocking  out former champion Victor “Viking” Terrazas.

Isaac  “Tortas” Bustos’ prodigious, pertinent  and powerful pupil, who’s publically made this important commitment,  will very soon  return to the ring to defend his Latino crown.

The Clean Boxing  Program is specifically designed to protect boxers from the very real risks  of doping and products that dangerously enhance physical performance, such as growth hormone or multiple substances and practices that directly and indirectly seriously harm all fighters.

The program includes random tests, awareness campaigns and examinations outside  and during  competition.
