“POLLITO” READY TO WING IT TO PANAMA

Former world champion Julio “Pollito” Ceja isn’t in a flap about an exacting  test on  May 27 at the Amador Convention Center in Panama.
He clashes in a bantamweight bout  with local idol Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno, to be transmitted throughout  Mexico by Televisa Deportes.

Ceja Pedraza, who’s a former  World Boxing Council champion in the 122-pound division, is currently fifth ranked. While  the Panamanian is third. It’s an eliminator to fight WBC  champion Rey Vargas.

“Pollito” (30-2, 27 KO’s) faces an authentic Panamanian boxing icon….namely, the famous “Chemito” (36-5-1, 12 KO’s), who dominated the bantamweight  division for a long time, until he crossed paths with Abner Mares.
“Polito” Vs “Chemito” heralds a new chapter in the fabled rivalry between Mexico and Panama, in which Saul “Baby” Juárez faces Panamanian Leroy “Sensacional” Estrada .
