Former welterweight champion Shawn Porter (27-2-1, 17 KOs) fights Adrian Granados (18-5-2, 12 KOs) with the WBC Silver welterweight Belt on the line on November 4 at Barclays Center of Brooklyn of New York, in a card that will be screened by Showtime.
Porter is very confident, quipping: “I’m very motivated to fight at the Barclays Center and to share the card with Deontay Wilder. I know Granados is a dangerous rival but he will not win the Silver belt.”
Mexican Granados, who comes from losing a very close fight against Adrien Broner, commented: “I am very excited to face one of the best welterweights in the world. With our styles you will see a great fight. This is a significant opportunity for me. ”
