YAMANAKA DEMANDS TO BE CONVINCED!

By WBCboxing.com

Japanese southpaw former WBC bantamweight champion, Shinsuke Yamanaka (27-1-2 / 19KOs), has started his training camp in Tokyo, on a quest of belief.

Yamanaka will have a rematch in March 2018 against the new bantamweight champion, the Mexican Luis “Pantera” Nery, who won the belt with a knockout in the fourth round last August in Kyoto, Japan.

Shinsuke Yamanaka is grimly determined and ravenous hunger to regain the belt stressing:

“If I had been effectively knocked out by Luis Nery, I could have hung my gloves forever. But  the result of my defeat in that way doesn’t  convince me, I went into the ring in excellent  physical condition. I can not be satisfied with the result on that night. I cannot finish my career in this way, I’m going to get my green and gold belt back!”

Luis Nery, fought a non-title fight against Filipino Arthur Villanueva, whom he defeated by knockout in the sixth round, last November in Tijuana, Baja California.
