Robert Guerrero: “We started off the year good with the Garcia fight. I thought I won that fight but after that fight we stayed in the gym. Camp was good we did a lot of good things in the gym. We sparred tall guys because this guy is really tall. He’s a tall lanky fighter. That’s all we know about Peralta. Sometimes those are the toughest fights. I want to give the fans a great show and let them know that I’m not done yet and will take care of business.”
David Peralta: “I feel this will be the most important fight of my career. This camp was good the preparation was great. I am nobody to judge Guerrero. He has given a lot to the sport and is always in good fights, but now it’s my time. I plan to show my style and show everyone what I’m about. I expect to give a great fight and leave it all in the ring!”
