World Boxing Council President predicts GGG VS Canelo rematch will be even greater

World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman says GGG Vs Canelo 2 on September 15th will be an even more  dramatic and titanic contest for the Green and Gold middleweight belt.

He said: “The rematch has the potential to be even greater than their first encounter.   There’s a tremendous animosity between them, with both absolutely determined to show and prove who’s the best, up in the ring.”

Referring to the protracted and sometimes agonizingly drawn out negotiations finally leading to agreement Mauricio said: “Let’s hope both have a good preparation for the fight.  Let’s see what they can bring and achieve for expectant Boxing fans of the World.”

Referring to the nine years age difference Mauricio said: “Fighters never know just when their legs are going to go or when they will lose a fraction of a second.  But Gennady always comes to fight in phenominally great shape.”
