Harmony reigns, as the steely son of Sheffield Kell Brook, relishes the challenge of climbing up from welterweight to the middleweight division for a facedown- showdown with WBC middleweight champion, Gennady “GGG” Golovkin, on September 10 at the O2 Arena in London.
Brook has had a very different training camp. A huge welterweight, he`s had no problems fitting into this more ample division.
“I feel fantastic. I am not in a bad mood as I don’t have to make any sacrifice to fit inside the 147 pounds category. My wife is thankful too as I can eat whatever I want, so we`re living in harmony. This has been a fantastic training camp. I have plenty energy. I can play with my kids and train without physical tiredness. I`m wide awake and in top shape.”
