The grand cruiserweight final of the World Boxing Super Series Tournament concludes, with the unification blockbuster between Aleksandr Usyk (14-0, 11 KOs) and Murat Gassiev (26-0, 19 KOs), on Saturday July 21 at the Olimpiysky Sports Complex, Moscow, Russia.
During this fight, we will see the whipped cream, as each boxer has two titles and undefeated records. Usyk comes from conquering the WBC crown by defeating Mairis Briedis in the semifinal fight in Riga, Latvia in January. While Murat Gassiev comes from powering a dramatic KO in twelfth round over Cuban boxer Yuniel Dorticos in the semifinal of the tournament. The winner will hold aloft the Muhammad Ali Trophy.
