The UFC finally makes its debut in Russia on Saturday, September 15th, with a UFC Fight Night card in the capital city of Moscow. In the main event, Mark Hunt takes on Ezekiel choke master Alexei Oleinik in a five-round heavyweight scrap. The co-main event features the return of Nikita Krylov, as he faces top-10 contender Jan Blachowicz. Veterans Andrei Arlovski and Thiago Alves round out the card in their respective bouts, and many are excited for the UFC debut of Alves’ opponent Alexey Kunchenko, the M-1 welterweight champion.

This is a UFC Fight Pass exclusive, so all 12 fights are on the streaming service. Of note on the preliminary card is that Desmond Green apparently hasn’t been pulled from his lightweight bout vs. Mairbek Taisumov. Green recently was involved in a car crash in which he apparently lost control of his SUV, killing two people in the ensuing collisions. An investigation is ongoing.
