Alejandra Lara has a fight in Hawaii.
The Colombian fighter has been booked to fight Juliana Velasquez at Bellator 212, which is set to take place on Dec. 14 at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The contest will be held at 125 pounds.

Lara was last seen in action when she challenged champ Ilima-Lei Macfarlane for the women’s flyweight title at Bellator 201 in June. She lost the fight via third-round armbar. Lara trains out of Lobo Gym in Guadalajara, Mexico with the likes of Alexa Grasso and Irene Aldana. “Azul” is currently 7-2 as a professional fighter.
Meanwhile, Velasquez is an undefeated fighter with a record of 7-0. The Brazilian is 2-0 in Bellator with her last fight coming in April when she stopped Rebecca Ruth. Velasquez holds a win over UFC fighter Talita Bernardo. She trains out of Team Nogueira and has a black belt in judo.
Bellator 212 will be the first event Bellator holds in Hawaii. A rematch between Brent Primus andMichael Chandler for the lightweight title headlines the card.
