This morning at 5 am ET streaming live on ESPN+ from Tokyo, two world titles and an interim belt are on the line, with WBO super featherweight titleholder Masayuki Ito defending against Evgeny Chuprakov in the main event.

Ito (24-1-1, 12 KO) won the vacant belt on July 28 in Florida, beating Christopher Diaz over the 12-round distance, which also aired on ESPN+, and he’ll make his first defense today against Russia’s Chuprakov (20-0, 10 KO). Chuprakov will be fighting outside of his home country for the first time since a pair of fights in the United States in 2013. He’ll also be taking a pretty big step up in competition against Ito.

Takuma Inoue (12-0, 3 KO) will also be in action, facing unbeaten Petch Sor Chitpattana of Thailand for the interim WBC bantamweight title. Petch (48-0, 33 KO) has built up his record against the usual low-level opposition at home, but that doesn’t mean he can’t fight. He just hasn’t faced anyone yet.

The WBC junior flyweight title is also on the line as Ken Shiro (14-0, 8 KO) takes on Saul Juarez (24-8-2, 13 KO).
