Roman was presented with the belt by WBC President, Mauricio Sulaiman, and WBC historian, Victor Cota, during a “2N1D” Activity, which took place in Tepito.
“It was just great winning my 4th belt. Not at all easy, but it`s an enormous blessing, ” ¨Chocolatito¨ commented. He`s also pledging to return to action next year. In the meantime, Roman is planning a rematch with Carlos Cuadras, who he defeated in a fantastically competitive and thrilling fight on September 10th in LA, to conquer belt number four. Now he` rapidly running out of space to buckle them around his lean midriff.
“Carlos Cuadras proved a lot, he deserves another chance and I think it`ll be even greater than the first time around,” beamed Chocolatito.
