Make it three Performance of the Night bonuses in three fights for Johnny Walker.

The 26-year-old Brazilian continued his tear through the light heavyweight division Saturday at UFC 235 in Las Vegas, needing just 36 seconds to land a sensational jumping knee and finish Misha Cirkunov. Walker was given one of the evening’s $50,000 post-fight bonuses for his work, which should go along way towards making him feel better after injuring himself while celebrating.

This is Walker’s third straight fight night bonus after scoring fast KOs over Justin Ledet and Khalil Rountree in his first two UFC appearances.

The other UFC 235 Performance of the Night bonus went to Diego Sanchez, who joined Jim Miller, Donald Cerrone, and Jeremy Stephens as the only fighters to make 30 walks to the Octagon. He proceeded to defeat welterweight upstart Mickey Gall via second-round TKO. It was Sanchez’s first finish since June 2008.

Fight of the Night went to bantamweights Pedro Munhoz and Cody Garbrandt. They opened up the main card with a striking battle that turned into a slugfest, with Munhoz landing a cracking right hand that floored the former UFC champion with eight seconds remaining in round one.
