A 39 year-old Albanian cruiserweight named Sefer Seferi is claiming he will be the comeback opponent for former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury on June 9th in Manchester, England. Seferi made his claim during an interview with a Swiss publication named 20 Minutes. We’ll see if he was telling the truth. Seferi is 23-1 with most of his wins coming against Hungarian journeymen. He stepped up to heavyweight in 2016 and lost on points to Manuel Charr, who now holds the WBA regular heavyweight title. Due to injuries, mental health and PED issues, Fury has not fought since winning the world heavyweight championship from Wladimir Klitschko in 2015, –Scott Shaffer |
