Brit Amir Khan (34-4, 19KOs) hopes to clinch a rematch soon with the current WBC welterweight world champion, Danny Garcia (32-0, 18KOs).
Khan comes from being KO’D by Saul Alvarez. Now the fighter from Bolton has gone back to the welterweight division, where he is ranked 1.
In 2012, Garcia Knocked out Khan in 4 rounds, during a bout at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Khan was winning that fight until Garcia landed a powerful left hand.
For now, Khan is taking a rest with his family, but he is planning to get back in the autumn with the WBC title on his mind.
