Andales to instead fight Niyomtrong in Thailand

DAVAO CITY – Filipino ArAr “Asero” Andales of Cavite will instead fight undefeated Thammanoon Niyomtrong of Thailand on Aug. 2 at Bangkok, Thailand.This was announced by Andales’ manager Joseph Quibors.The 19-year old Andales (10W-0L, 2KO) was scheduled already to fight in July 20 at Quibors Boxing Gym in Bacoor.He beat Leyte’s Cris Ganoza by a unanimous decision last April 13 to retain the World Boxing Association Asia minimumweight title in Bacoor.The 28-year old Niyomtrong (19W-L0, 7KO) nicknamed “Knockout CP Freshmart” made his 7^th title defense by beating by unanimous decision Byron Roxas of Nicaragua last Nov. 29, 2018 in Chonbun, Thailand.
