A heavyweight fight between Andrei Arlovski vs. Walt Harris has been added to UFC 232 in December.
UFC officials confirmed the initial report from the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Arlovski (27-17, 1 NC), a former UFC champion, is looking to right the ship after dropping back-to-back decisions to Shamil Abdurakhimov and Tai Tuivasa. Prior to this string of losses, “The Pitbull” earned victories over Junior Albini and Stefan Struve. To date, Arlovski has finished 20 of 27 career victories, which includes knockouts over Travis Browne, Antonio Silva and Ben Rothwell.
Harris (11-7) is coming off a TKO win over Daniel Spitz in June. Prior to this win, the Alabama native was disqualified for illegal head kick at UFC 217 in Nov. 2017. Prior to this, former champion Fabricio Werdum ran through Harris just 65 seconds into their fight at UFC 216. To date, all 11 of his victories have ended in (T)KO.
