WBC flyweight champion Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez could be facing WBC super flyweight champion Carlos “Principe” Cuadras, on September 10 in Los Angeles, California, triggering a duel of undefeated and unbowed World Boxing Council champions.
Chocolatito, who`s the best pound for pound fighter of today and supremely talented Prince, are waiting for the green light to provide the key to the golden opportunity.
Negotiations are going well, and signatures now depend on HBO, who will hopefully assure a lucrative payday.
“We are ready, so wherever and whenever we will indeed fight. We are obviously not afraid, and this is a bout the fans really want to see,” declared the WBC super flyweight champion, Cuadras pledged.
“We fight all of them! Cuadras is a good fighter and it would be a great clash. It is only matter of our representatives reaching an agreement, as we both want the fight, ” enthused Chocolatito.
Carlos has professional record of 35-0-1, 27 KO’s, while Román has a record of 45-0, 38 KO”s.
