In the official presentation of the bout, there was some tension due to the intense rivalry. So and so….Taylor and Davies seemed to be very confident with their respective statements:
OHARA DAVIES: “The winner of this fight will become one of the best fighters in the UK. He’s a good fighter, but we cant compare that to the potential I have. I will be the one who comes out with my hand raised on the day of the fight. ”
JOSH TAYLOR: “I think Davies is too slow. He has no defense and I’m going to take advantage of that to knock him out. I have the power to finish him early. This guy is nobody in boxing and you will see that when we get into the ring.”
