“BAX OFFICE” SYLVESTER STALLONE WILL DIRECT ‘CREED 2’

    “I look forward to be part producing Creed 2 next year with the incredibly talented Michael B. Jordan … One more round!” wrote Stallone on Instagram.

The film will be the sequel of Creed. The legend of Rocky, a film that arrived with a considerable impact at the cinemas in 2015,  and in which Stallone returned to interpret the mythical boxer. The veteran actor will lead Creed 2, in which he’ll  also  be scriptwriter and producer.

According to reports, in this new installment of the saga, Adonis Johnson Creed will face the son of Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren), the Russian fighter who killed Apollo Creed during the movie Rocky IV.

The Warner film, which does not yet have a release date, will begin to be rolled  in 2018.

The Legend of Rocky is a spin-off boxing franchise starring Adonis Johnson, the son of world champion Apollo Creed, who convinces the legendary Rocky Balboa to train him. The film globally grossed $ 173.6 million at the box office; Sylvester Stallone also won  the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor.
