Antonio Silva is not happy with his teammate Colby Covington’s comments after his UFC Sao Paulo win over Demian Maia.

Covington beat the jiu-jitsu ace in the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night event in Brazil, and went on to call the country “dump” and Brazilians “filthy animals” at the post-fight interview.

“Bigfoot” Silva, who also trains at American Top Team in Florida, fired shots at Covington on his social media for his disrespectful comments.

“Colby you are an anti professional and dirty person, I’ll show you how to respect my country and my people,” Silva wrote in English, before adding more comments in Portuguese.

“Colby trains in my team, ATT, but he was a son of a b**** for speaking bad things against Brazilians because he trains with Brazilians, and respect is everything in a human being’s life,” he added.

Responding to a tweet about the fact that some Brazilians fans threw cups at Covington while he was leaving the Octagon after the decision win, Silva said “Chaos” deserved more.

“Sad that they only threw plastic cups after the guy humiliated out country,” the heavyweightwrote. “He should have gone straight to hospital.”

UFC senior vice president David Shaw told the media after the event that the company is “not happy” about Covington’s comments, and would review the situation and consider a punishment.

A day after the fight, Covington posted a “formal apology” on his Twitter.
