BLACK UNICORN'S UPSURGE 1 IN MAKATI AUG. 25

EVERYTHING is now set for the inaugural boxing presentation of the Black Unicorn International Promotions on August 25 at 4 p.m. at the Makati Square Boxing Arena in Makati City.
The card, billed as “Upsurge 1”, is promoted by lady promoter-manager Kate Jaucian with Art Monis as the matchmaker.
The main event is the championship fight for the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) light flyweight title between the rising star Carl Caesar Penalosa (8-1-0, 2 KOs) of Cebu and Vicente “Lizard” Bautista (5-8-4, 1 KO) of Tarlac City.
Another exciting bout is the 6-rounder of Philippine flyweight female champion Carleans “Chay” Rivas (5-4-3) of Angono, Rizal and Floryvic Montero (3-2-0, 1 KO) of Angeles City.
