Frenchman Yvan Mendy (37-4-1, 18 KOs) fights Argentina’s Javier Clavero (21-2, 5 KOs), on June 24th for the WBC silver lightweight belt, at the Gymnase la salamandre, Pont-Sainte-Maxence, Oise, France.
Mendy comes from defeating Mexican Juan Ocura by decision. He’s been National, EBU and WBC International champion.
While Clavero comes from defeating Pablo Martin Barboza by decision in Argentina; and he has held the South American Argentinian title.
