World Boxing Council super bantamweight champion Brandon Figueroa has marked a studious streak.
At 24 years old and with an undefeated record of 22-0-1, Brandon is preparing for another exacting and classy challenge, as on September 18 he will face also world champion Stephen Fulton Jr.
The fight will take place at the Park Theater in Las Vegas, topping the bill organized by Premier Boxing Champions, to be broadcast on ShowTime.
Brandon is being prepared by renowned coach Joel Díaz. He won the WBC title on May 15, at Dignity Health Sports Park, in the best performance of his career, knocking out hitherto undefeated Luis Nery in the seventh round.
Fulton has won the WBO world title from Angelo Leo on January 23, defeating him by unanimous decision at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville.
