At a packed T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, former US Olympian and undefeated Joseph “Jojo” Diaz (24-0, 13 KO’s), defeated hitherto unbeaten Manuel “Tino” Ávila (now 22-1, 8 KO’s) by UD, to retain his NABF featherweight belt, with scorecards of 100-90, 99-91 and 99-91.
