Undefeated Brit Chantelle Cameron ably defended her World Boxing Council super-lightweight crown, knocking out Melissa Hernandez in 5 rounds.

Chantelle Cameron always maintained the dominance of the fight. From the first moment, her offensive and technical superiority were evident. She attacked from every angle and landed with such a number of punches that the Puerto Rican fighter was bombarded.

Despite her bravery and will, Melissa Was never able to access  Chantelle’s guard. In round 4 she visited the canvass. While making the count the referee asked her if she wanted to continue.

The dynamics of the combat did not change in round 5, and the referee Celestino Ruiz, decided not to allow more damage to the challenger, stopping the fight.

Chantelle Cameron improved her unbeaten record to 14 fights with 8 wins, while veteran Melissa Hernández left the ring with a record of 23 wins with 7 KOs, 8 losses and 3 draws.
