“Chiquita” and Zaragoza offered a great exhibition

Last night the exhibition fight was held between former world champions Humberto “Chiquita” González and Daniel Zaragoza. Both fighters demonstrated the great quality and agility that led them to be Mexican boxing legends.

Jackie Nava was in charge of delivering the recognitions to both champions, who led the card to financially support the boxers who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Ably supporting the card, Ernesto Salcedo maintained his undefeated record in 10 contests by knocking out Sergio Villalobos in four rounds. Miguel Ramírez improved to 6-0 by knocking out Sergio Granados in two rounds. Judith Vivanco defeated Fernanda Torres by split decision. Humberto Alacrán Ruiz defeated Iván Ortiz by knockout in four rounds and Luis Carlos García knocked out Gerardo Méndez.

The fight took place in compliance with the sanitary protocols of the World Boxing Council.
