CHOC A BLOCK IN DOWNTOWN NY FOR ROMAN WBC CROWN DEFENSE

Four category World Boxing Council supremo Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez,  who`s right now the WBC super flyweight champion, has arrived in New York, to defend  his title  at the legendary Madison Square Garden, against former Thai world champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.

This match this Saturday will be part of a great card starring  WBC middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin, Vs  Daniel “Miracle Man” Jacobs, organized by K2 Promotions, which will be broadcast on HBO PPV in United States through  Combat Space in Latin America.

Chocolatito  arrived in The Big Apple with core members of his team, including  main trainer Wilmer Hernandez, his Father and also trainer Luis González, his representative Carlos Blandón, and other key associates.

The Nicaraguan fighter has been in San Jose, Costa Rica, where he`s undergone an intense training camp of  two months plus, testing an intrepid array of countrymen and foreign sparring partners.  Roman is pleased to be defending his belt against battle tested and battled hardened Rungvisai.  A  test of  Eastern promise under raining and reigning Western fire.
