CHOCOLATITO STICKS TO RING RETURN PLAN

Five division WBC champion Roman “Chocolatito” González has returned to the Roger Deshon gym in Managua, Nicaragua, where he`s confirmed Gustavo Herrera as his new trainer, and he`ll have the support of physical trainer Alfredo Corrales as well as his Father Luis Gonzalez.

“Chocolatito” has set an April  deadline to return to the ring.  He doesn`t yet  know where he will fight but he would like  it to be in Nicaragua. In that fight he plans to test his skills and depending on the result he`ll chart  his future.

“I have had a wonderful time in 2017. This is the year where I have rested the most. I`ve enjoyed my family.  I am now beginning the training stage, and with God´s help we will return to the ring in April,  ready to fight in Nicaragua.

“I just don`t  know how I’m going to feel in the ring again.  I have to see how I feel after the knockout I received by Rungvisai.  I want to take my time in order to be a  world champion again!”
