Cuadras, Soto-Karass media day

Undefeated WBC Super Flyweight World Champion Carlos “Principe” Cuadras (35-0, 38 KOs) and former world title challenger Jesus “Renuente” Soto-Karass (28-10-4, 18 KOs) hosted a media workout today ahead of their respective bouts on Saturday, September 10. The fights will be at the Fabulous Forum in Los Angeles, live on HBO World Championship Boxing. In the main event Cuadras will defend his title against WBC Flyweight World Champion Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (45-0-0, 38 KOs). The co-main event will feature Soto-Karass in which he will once again battle Yoshihiro Kamegai (26-3-2, 23 KOs) in a 10-round junior middleweight clash. The first clash resulted in a split decision draw. Both bouts will be televised live on HBO World Championship Boxing beginning at 10:00 pm ET/PT.
