DOUBLE WBC ELIMINATOR IN PANAMA

Former world champion Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno will be facing ex  World Boxing Council super bantamweight champion Julio “Pollito” Ceja, in a  super bantamweight elimination, on May 27, at the Amador Convention Center in Panama City,, in a co-promotion of Promociones del Pueblo and Laguna Premium Boxing Promotions.

The winner of Moreno Vs. Ceja bout, will take a significant step towards  facing the WBC super bantamweight champion, Rey Vargas. The fight will be broadcast  by Televisa Deportes in Mexico, TV MAX in Panama and through TyC Sports in Latin America.

Promoter Rousse Laguna, Chemito Moreno, accompanied by some fighters who complement the card, were at a busy press conference at the Star Bay Casino in Panama City, which was directed by Hector Villareal.

Meanwhile, Saul “Baby” Juárez (23-5-1, 12 KOs) fights   Panamanian Leroy “Sensational” Estrada (15-2, 6 KOs) S) in a minimumweight eliminatory match, for a crack at undefeated Thai Wangheng Menayothin.
