DUEL UNDEFEATED MCDONELL AND VARGAS

Brit Gavin McDonell,  who is undefeated, will be the opponent of Mexican Rey Vargas on February 25  in Hull, England; with the WBC super bantamweight title on the line.

McDonell has 16 undefeated fights. While Vargas is also undefeated on 28 bouts.

This thriller  between the top two ranked fighters in the division  will take place at the Ice arena of Hull in Yorkshire, England.

They will be fighting  for the title vacated by Japan’s Hasegawa, who decided to hang Up his gloves.

The Brit is the current Silver champion Silver and the Mexican, the international champ. Gavin, brother of world champion Jamie McDonell, has faced quality  opposition throughout his career. Vargas Roldán will be the fourth unbeaten fighter to face  the English fighter.
