EAST AND WEST! AZERBAIJAN WBC CONVENTION BRIDGING THE CONTINENTS

The 55th edition of the annual World Boxing Council Convention will be held in the beautiful city of Baku, Azerbaijan, from October 1 to 6.

Baku is an attractive bustling city with a great social center, but it’s also an economic hub and a popular tourist destination. Baku’s location is at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, so people from both continents will have the opportunity to enjoy the biggest annual event in boxing.

For our WBC, it is extremely important to give everyone an opportunity to learn about the noble art of boxing and what better opportunity than through our annual convention, in an event gathering the greatest boxing stars, boosting boxing with presentations , medical clinics, reviews world rankings, mandatory status, plus seminars for ring officials, enriching and innovating boxing. While always, fundamentally and primarily focusing on safety, health and respect to the boxer.
