Briton unbeaten IBF flyweight world champion Sunny Edwards (17-0, 4 KO’s) will defend his red ‘n golden strap against the fast n’ furious fists of former world-title challenger Muhammad Waseem (12-1, 8 KO’s) in Dubai, U.A.E.
Waseem is one of Pakistan’s biggest boxing idols after British-Pakistan former champ Amir Khan.
The hot Edwards vs Waseem title rumble will be preceded by an intriguing clash between Ireland’s WBO intercontinental 140 lbs champ Tyrone McKenna (22-2-1, 6 KO’s) defending against skilled Regis Prograis (26-1, 22 KO’s), the American former super-lightweight world champion, who signed with Richard Schaffer’s Probellum last October.
