World Boxing Council welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. will face Philippine legend Manny Pacquiao on August 21 in Las Vegas.
Errol is focused on an exacting training camp, as he will have a vintage opponent in front of him in what will be perhaps the most important fight of his career.
“I look forward to the same Manny Pacquiao we’ve seen during his career. He will come to fight and I will definitely come to fight. I will be much stronger and physically better than in my previous fight. If Pacquiao is studying my fight with Danny Garcia, he better study my fights with Chris Algieri, Lamont Peterson and Kell Brook. If he is studying my last fight looking for weaknesses, he will be in trouble.”
Spence Jr. is coming off defeating Danny Garía last year in a testing match, while Pacquiao hasn’t fought since he beat Keith Thuman in 2019.
