Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey venturing into fighter management

Bloodyelbow.com

Early this week, former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey shut down any possibilities of an MMA return for the time being. However, she is not walking away from combat sports just yet.

Rousey has apparently put up her own fighter management company called One Fighting Management. According to MMA Fighting, who first reported the news, the company will be venturing into combat sports as a whole.

The first fighter on the company’s roster, however, is Armenian professional boxer Ferdinand Kerobyan (8-0 with four wins by knockout), who was officially signed on Thursday. Both Rousey and Kerobyan announced this new partnership in separate social media posts.

The 31-year-old Rousey has not officially called it quits in terms of her fighting career, as she has currently involved herself in professional wrestling with the WWE.

Rousey last fought in December 2016 at UFC 207 in Las Vegas, where she lost via knockout against Amanda Nunes in just 48 seconds of action.
