Foster prepares to defend WBC Silver title

American O’shaquie Foster (17-2-0, 10 KO’s), super featherweight Silver champion of the World Boxing Council, will defend his title against the experienced and hart hitting Mexican Miguel ‘Mickey’ Román (62-13-0, 47 KO’s), in Los Angeles, California, on November 19 through the Ring City USA platform.

Foster, who has not lost in 3 years, is coming off from defending his title last December by defeating Puerto Rican Alberto Mercado in New York.

O’shaquie is making a great preparation, as he knows the quality of his Mexican rival.

Ring City USA is the newest boxing content and streaming platform in the United States, after reaching an initial agreement through 2021 with NBC Sports to host live boxing events on Thursday nights from California.

The fights will take place at Freddie Roach’s famous ‘Wild Card Boxing Club’ in Los Angeles, and in its first edition will include Texan O’shaquie Foster against Mexican Miguel ‘Mickey` Román in the star turn.

Ring City USA will partner with some of the best promoters including Di Bella Entertainment, Promociones del Pueblo, Golden Boy Promotions, and Global Boxing Stars to present strikingly competitive matches.
