Frampton vs Jackson: Live stream and round-by-round coverage

Badlefthook.com

Today at 3:30 pm ET streaming live on Showtime’s YouTube and Facebook pages, plus right here at BLH, Carl Frampton and Tyson Fury return to action in the main two bouts from Belfast, with another world title fight also on the card.

Frampton (25-1, 14 KO) will defend the interim WBO featherweight title against Luke Jackson (16-0, 7 KO) in the 12-round main event. The 31-year-old Frampton is looking to secure his third straight win and a return to big time fights after, targeting the likes of Oscar Valdez, Josh Warrington, or Leo Santa Cruz in the future. For Jackson, it’s a big step up in competition — and a big opportunity.

Fury (26-0, 19 KO) is facing Francesco Pianeta (35-4-1, 21 KO) in the heavyweight co-feature, set for 10 rounds. If Fury wins, talk is that he’ll face WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, who is in Belfast for the event, so we could see an announcement in addition to this card.

Also on the card, Mexico’s Cristofer Rosales (27-3, 18 KO) will defend the WBC flyweight title against Paddy Barnes (5-0, 1 KO). Rosales upset Daigo Higa to win the belt in April, and Barnes is a two-time Olympic bronze medalist.
