FRANCISCO VARGAS: VOWS TO RETURN EVEN BETTER

From Los Angeles, California, Francisco “Bandido” Vargas chatted  to the press about his upcoming plans that include returning and fighting for the world title that Miguel Berchelt snatched from him on January 28.
