Danny Garcia, pride of Philadelphia, arrives at this Saturday evening commitment ranked # 1 on the WBC welterweight lists. He`s a former world champion in two divisions (super lightweight and welterweight) and he currently holds a record of 34 wins with 20 KO’s and one loss.
“This is a very important fight for me. It`s an opportunity to show that I’m still one of the best in the world, and I’m going to get my belt back,”
Shawn Porter of Ohio, ranked # 2 of the WBC, will come to this fight with a record of 28-2-1, 17 Kos. He said: “For many people, this is just a belt, but for me it is my world, ” commented Porter after weigh in
