GENNADY GOLOVKIN AMBASSADOR OF WBC SHCOLAS OCCURRENTS

Such a precious moment on March 18th, as we enjoyed an amazing card,  but also the presentation of the WBC Scholas belt in the MEGA card  feature presented by K2 Promotions, where the WBC middleweight champion, Gennady Golovkin retaining his unbeaten record and title against Daniel Jacobs.

Our WBC middleweight champion is one of the wonderful ambassadors of WBC-SCHOLAS, who since the creation of the BOXVAL-FIGHTING FOR PEACE program has carried the message of His Holiness Pope Francis, with the task of serving the children  by building a brighter future for them, regardless of religion, race or color.

The show  at Madison Square Garden in New York, reflected one of Scholas’ most important values: equality, proving once again that despite our beliefs or distinctions,  we are finally ONE … and as ONE we must keep the  fight for Peace and equality.

At the World Boxing Council, we are extremely proud of our “GGG”, who has been a role model for the world’s youngsters, representing the very  best of boxing values, both inside and outside the ring.
