Saturday night in the Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY, Jermell “Iron Man” Charlo is promising to show his mettle,   in defending  his World Boxing Council Super Welterweight  against  mandatory challenger Erickson “Hammer” Lubin.

Charlo conquered the title by defeating John Jackson on May 21, 2016, in one of the most exciting battles of that year. He then made a successful defense by defeating Charles Hatley.
