Groves and Smith won’t desert super Middle East ring war!

The Super Final of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) Diamond Belt, between George Groves and Callum Smith, is  on September 28 at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Callum Smith won his place in the final after defeating Sweden Erik Skoglund and Dutchman Nieky Holzken in the quarterfinals and semifinal respectively.

Groves comes from defeating Chris Eubank Jr., during which  he suffered a shoulder injury and has undergo successful surgery.

“This tournament has captured the attention of many people. everyone has supported it, everybody has  enjoyed it.  I don’t  underestimate my rival but I think I’ve seen enough to have a winning formula. It will be a memorable battle, ”
commented Groves.
