Germany’s Christina Hammer (21-0-0, 9 KO’S) will defend her World Boxing Council middleweight crown this Saturday in Munich, Germany, against Amanua Ankrah of Ghana.
“I feel motivated to make this defense. As in all my fights I’ve trained 100% to possess the standard and the level, which made me a world champion,” said Hammer.
If Christina Hammer is victorious, she could co star in a mega fight next year against WBC super middleweight champion Claressa Shields. But first and foremost, she must defeat Amanua, a dangerous fighter who’s defeated and dispatched her last three rivals by knockout.
