“HEAVY HITTERS” BDAY BOXING PRESENTATION FOR SEN. MANNY PACQUIAO

DAVAO CITY – The MP Promotions is staging a birthday boxing presentation for Sen. Manny Pacquiao on December 17 at 12 noon at the Robinson’s Place in General Santos City.
Promoter Raides “Nonoy” Neri said the card is billed as “Heavy Hitters” featuring in the main event Genesis “Cobra” Libranza of MP Davao Gym against Michael “Blade” Enriquez of Sanman Boxing Gym-Gensan.
Libranza [13W-1L-0D, 9KOs] previously won by a unanimous decision against Chinese boxer Yujie Zeng last Sept. 29 at the Heyuan Royal Garden Hotel in Beijing.
The 24-year old native of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur is currently the Mindanao Professional Boxing Association (MinProBA) flyweight champion.
Enriquez, on the other hand, has a record of 13 wins with nine knockouts against eight losses and one draw.
However, Enriquez is coming from two back-to-back defeats both against Yutthana Kaensa in Thailand.
He first bowed by a UD to Kaensa last June 29 in Bangkok University and again lost by another UD on Sept. 29 in Ayutthaya.
Four other exciting bouts will be added in the free admission card sanctioned by the Games and Amusements Board (GAB).
