Argentina’s Sebastian Heiland takes on undefeated American Jermall Charlo (25-0, 19 KOs) in a middleweight division eliminator of the World Boxing Council this Saturday at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn.

This will be Heiland’s second fight (29-4-2, 16 KOs) in the United States, but he does not feel intimidated. On the contrary, he’s extra motivated to show his South American quality to North American market

“I know that Charlo is a great fighter, but I do not see myself as the loser in this fight. I have confidence in myself, I have experience and I had a great training camp. I have prepared for the battle and I am aiming to be winner of this WBC elimination bout.” Sebastian said.

Charlo commented: “He is a good fighter who knows what he is doing and that’s why he is here. He has been fighting since 2007, so he has the experience. I do not take it lightly because this is the WBC’s number one division. What I can tell you is that we will have a great fight. ”

Charlo vs. Heiland is part of the undercard satarred by Mikey Garcia (36-0, 30 KOs) vs. Adrien Broner (32-2, 24 KOs, 1 NC) It’ll be televised live on Showtime.
