JAPANESE challenger Daigo Higa knocked out Ardin “The Jackal” Diale of the Philippines to become the new Orient Pacifiic Boxing Federation (OPBF) flyweight champion on Saturday night at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
