IBF YOUTH FLYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT IN LAGUNA

PHILIPPINES – Robert Onggocan will defend his International Boxing Federation (IBF) Youth flyweight title for the first time on June 23 at the Calamba Sports Center in Calamba City, Laguna.
The 21-year old Onggocan (8 wins-1 loss-0 draw, 4 KOs) will stake his crown against challenger Marjun Pantilgan (14-4-0, 11 KOs) in the main event of the boxing presentation co-promoted by Dino Olivetti and Ariel Araja.
Onggocan , a native of Dapitan City won the vacant title by stopping Indonesian Iwan Zoda (13-1-0) via a 7th round technical knockout last January 28 in Indonesia.
Pantilgan, on the other hand, previously won a unanimous decision to Rogen Flores last May 5 in Iligan City.
